# FAQ

  <Accordion title="Cargo vehicle is not moving">
    If the cargo vehicle doesn't move when nobody is close to it, it's completely normal.

    The cargo will only move if there is at least one player in its area — this is a FiveM mechanic.

  <Accordion title="Heist alerts not working">
    If you are not receiving any alert when a heist starts, it's because you didn't set up an alarm in the heist.

    To set up an alarm, you need a step with the bell 🔔 icon, which allows you to configure alarms.

    An example would be the "hackable panel" or a "safe".
